The Osvita Foundation Inc. is a registered charity and is designated as a public foundation. Osvita is administered by a volunteer board of Trustees.

The Organization supports the development of the Ukrainian language programs in Manitoba, specifically to support the recruitment and promotional efforts for the English-Ukrainian Bilingual Program, in Manitoba. As part of delivering its mandate, Osvita has assisted Manitoba Parents for Ukrainian Education Inc. in their promotion of the English-Ukrainian Bilingual Program in Manitoba as well as their coordination of activities that enhance this program.
